Our certified trainers will create a personalized fitness program tailored to your individual needs and goals. In order for us the maximize cost efficiency for our clients we've created the semi-private training program. This allows you to create a strong bond with other like-minded individuals who are in pursuit of better health and performance. Sessions are between 2-3 people at a time. We truly enjoy the clients who become friends at RISE. You will too. You will be provide with your individualized workout for when you are in the gym with us or when you're not with a coach. You'll always be able to stay on track.
One on One training sessions are available upon request. This is a completely individualized program in a closed training session with you and our coach.

This program was created so that our clients could have a solution to building strength, lean muscle, and better performance. It's safe, effective, fun and challenging and you'll never get bored.

Our most popular option.
Our experienced nutrition coaches will help you develop healthy eating habits and achieve your desired weight and body composition. We are Precision Nutrition Certified (a leader in the industry) and build accountability. We will help to educate you on proper and healthy, sustainable, nutritional awareness.
This is an add-on option. We will provide you with personalized nutrition meal plans that vary in individual preferences. Nutrition is the missing piece of the puzzle.
We offer specialized programs such tactical testing training, mobility and move better program, forever strong program (elderly strength training), sports specific and conditioning (we specialize with all athletes), and injury rehabilitation to cater to your unique needs. We have a true holistic approach to health and performance.
We utilize modern recovery and preventative therapies, including:
Cupping Therapy (helps to loosen the connective tissue, improve blood flow, stimulate healing, reduce pain and inflammation, and drain excess fluids and toxins.
Compression Flossing Therapy (can be used to decrease pain, improve range of motion, limit swelling, and train better and safer movement through stabilizing joints and other tissues.)
Gua sha Therapy (a technique that involves scraping the skin with a tool to increase circulation, stimulate energy, and reduce pain.)
Mobility and Range of Motion Training optimizes movement and performance by increasing the range of motion within your joints and surrounding muscles. When you’re more mobile, you can train harder, recover faster, and perform better. These sessions are based specifically on your needs at the time.
Our coaches have had years of experience working in a clinical setting with local physical therapist and continue to build on those relationships. We truly have the best performance coaches who have the real-life experience to ensure you will be safe and continue to progress in your health and fitness pursuits.

Can't get to the gym? No problem. We got you. We utilize Trainerize, an on-line training platform that will keep you on track and gives you the autonomy to workout when you have the availability.

Our sport specific programs help athletes increase their skill levels, avoid injury, and reach peak performance through proper strength programming.
We dive deep into creating a comprehensive plan that will increase speed, strength, agility, explosiveness, body awareness, reduction of injury, increase sport specific endurance, educating on proper form and exercise technique, proper lifestyle habits, mental strength and self-confidence.
