Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning has come a long way in the last decade. It can become confusing and overwhelming to really understand which path will work best for you. There are so many different programs out there and many ways to train. That's where we step in and help guide and educate you through an individualized program based on your abilities. We ensure proper lifting forms and techniques, structured programming that will accommodate any fitness level to help you reach your goals. It's time to be challenged in a positive environment with coaches who truly care about your progress.
With over 19 years in the Strength and Conditioning/ Human Performance field. We have worked with local physical therapists in a clinical setting and continue to develop a strong professional network throughout the area. We specialize with post-operative and post rehabilitation clients ranging from high-school and collegiate athletes, professional athletes, weight loss, fitness enthusiasts, high performers, tactical teams (SWAT), senior strength training, balance and coordination, and general health and fitness. Our belief is to build and develop a strong foundation and continue to progress off of those efforts. Holding numerous nationally recognized certifications and education credentials, we take what we do very seriously, to ensure the best plan of care for our clients. Some of our education includes: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Nationally Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist, Pain Free Performance Masters Specialist (PPSCM), University of Portland Strength Coach, Precision Nutrition Practitioner (L1), Rock Tape Certified, Champion Performance Specialist, Certified High-School Strength & Conditioning Coach, Strength & Sports Performance Coach, EXOS Performance Specialist, Mental Performance Mastery Coach, ISSA Strength and Conditioning Coach, USA Baseball Smart Pitch Coach, to name a few.
